Manufactured on the 16th December 1969 in Hamamatsu, Japan at the Honda Motorcycle Factory, these wonderful Monkey Bikes have a fantastic story to tell. Shipped to the USA, the bikes were purchased together to be used on an estate until they were sold in early 2017. The bikes were then shipped here to the UK, where we purchased them. The bikes now have consecutive registration numbers.
Finished in the classic colour scheme of Candy Red with Silver petrol tanks, these bikes are in stunning original condition. They are all original, from the paintwork, the chromework, the seats and all rubber grips and plastics and they even have the original factory stickers in place! It shows what how well looked after they were after single family ownership for nearly 48 years!
The bikes are now both UK registered and MOT’s and are perfect for running about town or an addition to a classic collection. The both come with dating letters from Honda UK, MOT’s and V5’s. A great pair of very collectable monkey bikes, with an great story to tell, in fantastic original condition!
